Tomato Dining
On my first evening in Osaka, I walk into this small restaurant run by a lovely couple. They served everything tomato, great concept!
The chef had learned in Italy if I remember correctly. It was really good.
The boy served me a drink and talked some English with me, super cute.
Magic always happen on the first evening!

Hankyu line
In Japan, many railway lines are privatized, usually to a local company running a single line.
Those companies make money with real estate tied to that line (malls at stations, hotels, etc.).
Since they are run by different companies, the lines have a distinctive look and feel.
My airbnb was on the Hankyu line. Wood-tone interior and velvety texture seats. Very classy in a nostalgic way. Very comfortable.
I read that locals have a special affection for this line and after a month there, I do too!

Pasta = Spaghetti
In cafe style places around Asia, and especially in Japan, Taiwan and China, pasta served is always spaghetti.
