This fried rice, served at breakfast in my hotel in Phu Quoc, was surpisingly fresh and delicious.

Maybe the way the cucumber was cut in thin slices, maybe the lettuce, maybe the barbecue pork. The rice itself had a subtle aroma.

Not sure if all fried rice in Vietnam is like this, I will have to try!
